Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
The short answer is yes. However, I highly recommend hand washing and limiting microwaving for the longevity of each piece. Being kinder to your pottery will make it last much longer!


Where do you ship to?
I ship to Canada, Asia, and Australia. Please reach if I do not ship to your country and I can consider shipping to you! Please note that you will be responsible for paying for any taxes, customs, and duties that may occur. 

Do you ship to USA?
I am not shipping to USA at this moment due to the risk of my packages being opened amist the tariff regulation check ups. I hope to bring back shipping to USA soon!


Do you ship to Europe?
I am unfortunately unable to ship to Europe at this moment because of the new GPSR regulations. I will look into shipping to Europe once more there is more information available!


What are your shipping rates for your pottery?
Canada - $13-20 for one item  /  $15-25 for two items
Asia - $35 for one item  /  $50 for two items
Australia $35 for one item /  $55 for two items

What are your shipping rates for stickers?
$1 shipping with untracked letter mail for orders within Canada
$3 shipping with untracked letter mail for orders for Asia & Australia

Do you offer local pick up for Vancouver?
Yes! I do. It will show up as an option during check out. Please see below for pick up location & times. I will reach out to confirm that your order is ready for pick up! 

Pick up is at Claymates Ceramics Studio (1288 Vernon Dr., Vancouver) on these days:
- Tuesdays from 2-6pm
- Friday May 23 from 6-10pm
- Sunday May 25 from 2-4pm.

Can you combine my orders? (ie: I ordered stickers and a mug separately but I want to combine it.)
Yes! Please email me right away with your order numbers and request at [email protected]


Do you accept refunds and returns?
I do not accept returns & exchanges, however if your order arrives damaged please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your package! Email me with photos and videos at [email protected]
 

Do you take custom orders, commissions, or wholesale?
No I do not. Sorry!
